Espresso machine brewer group cleaning - Evo® 1Kg Jar - Cafetto

With its quickly soluble, free-rinsing formula, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds and stains, enhancing the flavor and aroma of the espresso.

The ingredients are rapidly biodegradable.

Non-GMO and free of phosphates and chlorine.

Non-corrosive formulation to protect the machine.

A measuring spoon is included in the 1kg bottle for precise dosing.

How does it work?

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group and replace it with a blind filter.
2. Add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle and insert as if making an espresso. (If machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 level scoops)
3. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
4. Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds.
5. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times: run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
6. Remove the portafilter from the group and rinse well with a stream of water from the supply group.
7. Reinsert the handle with the blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times; let it run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure a thorough rinse.
8. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
9. Prepare and discard an espresso before using the machine again.
