Simon has worked with some of the world's most prestigious ceramic manufacturers and has given classes and lectures on the subject throughout the UK. She has led design teams for lifestyle brands and is now continuing her design career at the established London-based design studio Simon Stevens. Simon's dynamic creativity resulted in his most successful designs being found in the permanent collections of the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Frankfurt Museum of Applied Art.

Cutlery use and care

Avoid soaking
Soaking will accelerate corrosion, it will be particularly obvious in saline and acidic material. Dry flatware quickly after use, wiping clean for long-lasting performance.

Hand wash
Avoid using abrasive pads or steel wire pads when washing by hand. Wash food remains as soon as possible with hot water and a neutral detergent.

They are dishwasher safe, but do not leave them in the dishwasher for an extended period of time. Remove and dry until the end of the cycle.

Minimize scratches
Try to use them carefully. They would scratch each other as much as we want to use them casually, try not to stack them in the dishwasher.

Aging
The patina of the surface will appear over time due to the nature of the material.
