Preparing a Panna Cotta has never been so easy

Ingredients
Panna Cotta

50 ml of water

500 ml of milk cream

14 grams of unflavored gelatin

150 gr of sugar or sweetener

Concentrated coffee 150 ml (made with the capsules of your choice)
Walnut crumble topping (optional)
- 100 gr of sugar or sweetener
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 200 gr of flour 0000
- 100 grams of butter
- Two handfuls of chopped walnuts
Preparation
Panna Cotta
- Place milk cream in a saucepan over low heat until it boils.
- Activate apart the jelly hydrated.
- add to boiling cream sugar until well integrated.
- Include the concentrated coffee until you finish heating the mixture.
- Once diluted the gelatin, add to the preparation.
- Pour the hot mixture into the chosen containers.
crumble
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place butter , sugar, cinnamon , nuts and flour on a plate forming a sandblasting.
- Spread over the entire plate.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the crumble dessert once it's cold.
